The neighborhood is controlled by the Brotherhood until the Saints take it over after hijacking a Cargo Ship several miles off the coast of Fox Drive. Most of them are abandoned warehouses and storefronts. Many buildings are critically damaged, and some have sunk into the nearby water. In Saints Row 2, Fox Drive is part of the Docks & Warehouses district, and covers the former location of Stoughton in Saints Row. The neighborhood is controlled by Los Carnales until the Saints assault the Old Steel Factory they are using as a weapons plant. In Saints Row, Fox Drive is part of the Factories District.
